Well, Paul is actually never appears but it was canon's, beacuse the Narrator that speaks at start of the minions film said "Dave, Caul, Paul, Mike.".Actually Paul is very similar to Kevin (high one).
Josh actually we're Jorge, his names i am not sure. He was a fat minions that punched Dave at Goodnight Kissies at DM.He also is the fat minions that printed his butt.
We regard all of these names as unreliable, because they don't appear in the official transcript or producers' quotes; as to Paul's case, among 4 films, we have no solid proof to verify Paul to be that minion other than Internet theory.
