The Stickerbook is a blue album put beside Phil and it's on the bar table in Phil's Bar.
Once the player clicks on it, some playable characters with tasks (except Bob) is shown on the screen, and each collections of them represents a story that the player has completed. This item can also help the player to know which story and/or characters haven't unlocked yet.
