The Leveled Up Minions is an unlockable character in the mobile video game Minions Paradise.
Description[]
Since the update in March 2016, Minions has been upgradable in order to get some abilities in the game. By spending Minion Level-Up Tokens, the player can choose Minions and upgrade them, and they look different after the upgrade - they don't wear a normal Minion outfit.
Leveled-Up Minion can bring some additional items, known as Loot Booster, and the higher the Minion, the more valuable and rarer to such bonus drops. Such upgrades can also be done by spending Doubloons if there aren't enough Minion Level-Up Tokens. Currently, there are four levels of Minions, counting from ordinary Minions with overalls.
Level 2[]
Minions at level two appear with a grass skirt, and they can be unlocked by spending a Minion Level-Up token to upgrade a normal Minion.
After producing resources by these Minions, sometimes a Mystery Box appears, and an extra resources spawn after clicking the box. If the player has more than 20 minions at level two, three and four, resources are free to get when the remaining time is less than 1 minute.
Level 3[]
Minions at level three appear with a grass skirt and a coconut bra, and they can be unlocked by spending five Minion Level-Up tokens to upgrade a level two Minion.
After producing resources, sometimes an extra resources spawn after opening the mystery box; occasionally, some rare items, instead of resources, can fall out during harvesting, and they can be used to upgrade the Storage or expanding the island by removing debris, but the possibility for finding such items is less. If the player has more than 10 minions at level three and four, resources are free to get when the remaining time is less than 3 minutes.
Level 4[]
Minions at level four appear with a hula skirt, a coconut bra, and a headdress (garland). They can be unlocked by spending twelve Minion Level-Up tokens to upgrade a level three Minion.
After producing resources, sometimes an extra resources spawn after opening the mystery box; rare items can appear but the possibility is less then previous one; occasionally, Doubloons can fall out.
Such minions are at the highest level. If the player has more than 15 minions at level four, resources are free to get when the remaining time is less than 9 minutes.
Trivia[]
- It can be briefly seen that Leveled-Up Minions wear red underwear.
- When the player call Minions to produce resources, Leveled-Up Minions will be called first instead of normal minions; when the player plays mini-games or distractivities, the situation is opposite.
