Nev Scharrel (born January 14, 2009[1]) is a child actress, who's known for starring in Happy Birthday. She replaced Elsie Fisher as Agnes' voice in Despicable Me 3 because Fisher was getting too mature for the role, but will be replaced by Madison Polan starting with the short Midnight Mission, possibly due to getting too mature for the role similar to Fisher.
