At first glance, Dr. Nefario's mobility scooter appears like any other run-of-the-mill mobility scooter commonly used by elderly folk. However, Dr. Nefario's scooter also has the ability to fly, utilizing three rocket boosters built into the wheels. The rockets don't seem to add any additional speed, though.
