Charlie is a minion appears in the intro video of Minions Paradise.
Plot
Charlie is a two-eyed plump minion with spiky hair. In a vacation cruise, Charlie shows up with his balloon animals, which makes Phil joy, and Barry also brings some burritos he made.
And finally, Ken appears and has a new, high, and delicate banana cake. Phil doesn't notice his appearance and keep cheering, and eventually ruins the cake accidentally. So the minions walk away with displease.
